1. About Gymlink

Gymlink helps adults discover potential same-gym training partners, message matches, and plan gym sessions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gymlink. You must provide accurate account and profile information and must not create an account for someone else.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your profile, photos, messages, reports, session plans, and offline decisions. You must use the app lawfully, honestly, and respectfully.

4. No Fitness, Medical, or Safety Advice

Gymlink is not a medical, safeguarding, or emergency service. Users are responsible for their own health, training decisions, gym rules, and insurance needs.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not post or send harassment, threats, nudity, sexual solicitation, hate, scams, spam, illegal content, private information, impersonation, or anything that makes the app unsafe.

6. Moderation

Gymlink may remove content, reject photos, restrict discovery, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or report serious concerns to relevant authorities where needed.

7. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account in the Profile tab. Deletion removes the account, profile, photos, and app data handled by Gymlink, subject to legal, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute record requirements.

8. Liability

Gymlink is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gymlink is not responsible for user behaviour, gym access decisions, offline meetings, injuries, losses, or disputes caused by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
