Gymlink may collect account email, display name, age, gender, selected gym, gym experience, interests, bio, profile photos, likes, matches, chat messages, planned sessions, reports, blocks, device/session data, and support messages.

3. Why We Use Data

We use data to provide the app, show relevant profiles, maintain safety, process reports and blocks, prevent misuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases

Where UK GDPR applies, likely legal bases include contract for providing the app, legitimate interests for safety, security, and product operation, consent where requested, and legal obligation where law requires processing.

5. Sharing

Data may be processed by service providers used to run Gymlink, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, crash/error monitoring, analytics, support, and moderation providers. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. Some safety, moderation, fraud prevention, support, and legal records may be kept for a reasonable period after deletion where needed.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your data. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are in the UK.

8. International Processing

Gymlink may use service providers that process data outside the UK. Where required, appropriate safeguards should be used for international transfers.

9. Children

Gymlink is for adults aged 18 and over. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we may delete it.
